Monday: ran 3.75 miles in 35:00
Tuesday: rowed 1,976 meters in 10:00
Wednesday: ran 2.44 miles in 25:00
Friday: ran 4.87 miles in 45:00
Thinking about the Cowtown Marathon in Ft. Worth, Texas or the 50K at the same location for my next long distance race.
