My 150th post!
I walked 4,529 steps while wearing my step-o-meter. I had a great leg workout. I reached the limits that my quadriceps can handle right now. I managed to do 6 reps at 135 pounds on the leg extension machine but I was unable to complete 12 reps at 105 pounds after that. I also could no complete 12 reps on the 45 degree squat machine at 90 pounds. There is next week.
Marathon training starts on Aug. 15th. I'm looking forward to it. I want to run in the Dallas Marathon on Dec. 12th. I hope to shave 30 minutes off my Houston time.
