80's music is popular. Retro rides, radio stations dedicated to the music of the 80's, weekend 80's music features but these things do not cover the entire decade. I've noticed that only 6 songs from the 80's get played in rotation.

Rebel Yell by Billy Idol
Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler
Pyromania by Def Lepard
10 years and this is all that gets played.
I hate radio.
Drivel that cannot fit in a single panel comic.

Some of our radio stations in Canada have an 80s nooner where they play eighties for a couple of hours around lunch and dig a little deeper for some hot 80s hits.
