Tuesday: ran - 3.32 miles in 35:00
Wednesday: row - 1.27 miles in 10:00
Thursday: ran - 3.27 miles in 35:00
Friday: bike - 4.87 miles in 22:22
Saturday: ran - 5.81 miles in 65:00

Monday: strength training and walking
Tuesday: 30 minute run
Wednesday: strength training and walking
Thursday: 30 minute run
Friday: strength training and rowing
Saturday: 1 hour run
I'm taking some time off from work so I will not go to the gym on those days. I will exercise at home instead. I can do almost all the exercises in my current strength training plan at home.
