This week I ran, rowed and biked 17.65 miles, burned 1337.2 calories and weigh 151.9 pounds.

I've added a calorie burning goal to my Sparkpeople.com tracker. I've set it to 2,000 calories a week. This includes all my activities (calisthenics, walks to and from car, walks during lunch) rather than just the stuff I list here. I burned 2,444 calories last week. I may alter the calories to burn per week if I keep going over by a significant amount. This alters my nutrition plan automatically if I do that.
