This photo accompanied an article from an e-Diets e-mail about Worst Food Hall of Shame. I still quite figure out what she is licking. I think it's a plate. I did not read the article but i could not stop staring at the picture.

Looks like a yellow plastic plate with some kind of red food substance on it to me. What is so intriguing about it?
It took me a long time to figure out what it was and the juxataposition with an article about eating really bad food sort of confused me.
