Exercise Log: August 18 - 23
This week I biked and ran 20.02 miles, burned 1594.1 calories and weigh 150.1 pounds. No, I did not gain a bunch of weight this week, I readjusted my scale. I'm not bothered by the change in numbers after the adjustment. My goal was to get to a healthy BMI which for my height is 160 pounds.
Monday: ran 4.35 miles in 51:48
Tuesday: biked 2.94 miles in 14:06
Wednesday: ran 4.41 miles in 49:26
Friday: biked 3.9 miles in 19:54
Saturday: ran 4.42 miles in 49:23
