Tuesday: Ran 3.42 miles in 33:59
Wednesday: .39 mile on the elliptical machine
Thursday: Ran 3.43 miles in 33:33
Saturday: Ran 6.33 miles in 1:05:00
Next week I start my 100 push up program.
