This week I ran 25.97 miles, burned 3,065.2 calories and weigh 166.4 pounds.

I completed my 11 mile run in 2 hours and 13 minutes. Compared to my 10 mile run last week which was finished in 2 hours and 8 minutes. Amazing what a difference the weather can make.

We did not get the expected thunderstorms from Ivan's remnants but we did get some rain. The cloud cover lowered the temperatures and running in the rain was nice.

I put together the order of service for church. This week we are doing the monthly global chalice lighting, a chalice lighting reading from Unitarian-Universalist churches around the world. This one is from India and it is long. I'm not sure how the congregation is going to react to this one. I won't be there to find out. I'll be on my way to Houston.

I wanted to attend this service because a woman from Iraq will be speaking.
