This week I ran, walked, biked and rowed 31.41 miles, burned 3316.7 calories and weigh 171.7 pounds.
Sunday: 3M Half Marathon in 2:40:13.7 (13.1 miles/ approximately 21K)
Monday: Bike - 3.02 miles in 15:00
Tuesday: Run - 3.13 miles in 35:00
Wednesday: Row - 1.28 miles in 10:00
Thursday: Run - 3.20 miles in 35:00
Friday: Bike - 4.27 miles in 20:00
Saturday: Walk/Run - 3.41 miles in 46:33
Walter has taken up walking and has mixed some running into it. I joined him today.
Next week's plan:
Monday: row and strength train
Tuesday: 30 minute run
Wednesday: bike and strength train
Friday: row and strength train
Saturday: row, bike and run (25 minutes each)
