Monday - rowed 1.33 miles in 10:00
Tuesday - ran 3.20 miles in 35:00
Wednesday - biked 2.65 miles in 15:00
Friday - ran 3.07 miles in 36:16
I picked up my packet for the Armadillo Dash Half Marathon and will race tomorrow. The weather will be perfect for a race.
