Sunday Morning Run
I have one more Sunday morning run planned, then it's back to my Saturday morning schedule. Activity
I tried Accelerade on this run. It's a new sports drink geared toward endurance athletes. It's supposed to aid in recovery as well as keep you going. I find myself less sore and tired after this run than last week's run. I also set my pace alerts to 30 second deviation. I heard the speed up signal 3 times and the slow down signal once. The last half mile is the hardest.
