Notes
Ran the tempo a bit faster than intended. Planned on running 10:59 minute/ mile for 3 miles. Looks like I ran 10 seconds faster for at least 2 miles. I started my tempo at 1.5 miles and ended at 4.5 miles. This could have thrown off my timing. I thought I was running less than 12:00 min/ mile for the first mile. It felt real slow. I guess I'm getting faster so what I sense as slow is changing.

This looks interesting. How exactly does it work? What kind of phone does one need?

bimactive.com will show you which phones and services are compatible. I have a Motorola Razr with Verizon service.
