This week's plan:
Monday - 1 hour run at 12:16 (marathon pace)
Tuesday - 20 minutes cycling and strength training
Wednesday - go home and get ready for trick or treaters
Thursday - Tempo run - 6 miles, 3 @ 10:39
Friday - walk dog
Saturday - 1.5 hour run @ 12:16
