Pain
My abs, quads, hamstrings and glutes hurt. Movement hurts. The pain awakened me at 2:30 this morning.
I did some weight lifting, focusing on my lower body, on Tuesday. I ran on Wednesday despite the soreness from Tuesday's workout.
My abs hurt the most. Once I get moving the pain in my legs becomes less noticeable.
Today, I'll focus on my upper body. Maybe the soreness after that workout will drown out the soreness in my legs and abs.
I won't work on my abs and legs until next Tuesday. That should give the muscles plenty of time to recover.
Whatever doesn't kill me makes me stronger.
